We want you to love your artwork. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll do our best to help find a solution.

 

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and be in their original condition and packaging.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and suitable for resale.

 

Made-To-Order Products

Every MAISON ART piece is produced individually after purchase and is not held in inventory.

Because our products are made to order, cancellations, returns, or refunds may not be possible once production has begun.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

 

Refund Processing

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
